Well, hello there.

Thanks for stopping by! I’m Nathalie, a lover of life, travel, food, wine, and fur babies. I’m married to an amazing man who keeps me sane and reminds me that life is pretty grand.  We live in New York City, the city that never sleeps and also the city of dreams.  An oxymoron, yet totally spot on.

I am a recovering workaholic learning how to “balance” my time between my professional persona and my personal life.  I stumbled upon this quest recently when it finally occurred to me that my next desired chapter of starting a family wasn’t happening and possibly for a reason.  My sights have since turned largely to wellness, nutrition and continuing to surround myself with wonderful people who inspire positive change.

I am pleased to share that I am a Nutrition School certified nutritional consultant, as well as have my certification through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), and Cornell Plant Based Nutrition Certification. This blog is my wonderful excuse to focus more time on the things that I am passionate about; one of which is supporting your journey.

If you’re interested in where all this started, you can read more here.  If you'd like to share your story, or if you are interested in partnering with Fertilust, please email me at hi@fertilust.com.  I am always interested in hearing about ways to collaborate.

Progress redefined.

prog·ress \ prä-grəs (n):  a forward or onward movement (as to an objective or to a goal)

But what if progress can’t be easily achieved linearly and by checking boxes?  Is it worth rethinking the process and expectations?  I certainly think so.

Progress Redefined:  Rewiring expectations to achieve fulfillment and worth along the journey with the awareness that that the outcome is never promised.

So get in the game.  Be a player not a spectator.  It’s amazing where the path can lead when our eyes are open and we are awake to the possibilities.

“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
